Bi-weekly IDPA matches started at Sharpshooters USA in April of 2011. As the newest range to partner with GADPA, IDPA is now available to the shooters in Roswell and Alpharetta.  The facilities are world class and we look forward to new shooters in this area competing in all of our area matches. New shooters are always welcome. If you are interested in IDPA we suggest you read our New Shooter Info page, pack your gear and head out to our next match.

Matches are held on the second and fourth Monday evenings each month. The match starts at 6:30 PM. If you are a new shooter, please arrive 30 minutes early and request a safety briefing. The typical match consists of 4 stages requiring approximately 50 rounds and lasts approximately 2 hours. One of the great things about shooting indoors is that the weather does not impact the match, so come on out!

Do range lane costs apply when participating? What is the cost to participate?

Is personal (non-reloaded) ammunition allowed or is the purchase of range ammunition required?

  2. Match Director says:

The match fee is typically $15. No other charges apply, but you must bring your own ammo. You are not required to buy ammo from the range.

  3. Cliff says:

David and Patrick do a great job running the match each Monday night. This is a good place for new shooters to get started without feeling pressure or intimidation. They are very safety conscious and helpful in telling you exactly what you did wrong to help you improve the next time. The more you practice, the more fun you will have!
